对河池市中小学阳光体育开展现状调查分析

摘要:通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法对对河池市中小学开展阳光体育锻炼的情况进行了调查，通过了解目前河池市中小学生参加阳光体育锻炼的实际状况，对影响他们参加体育活动的因素进行了分析，结果发现：河池市中学生不同程度地参加了体育活动；活动的时段以白天为主；他们在选择活动项目、形式、场所时都带有明显的性别和年龄特征；他们参加阳光体育活动的动机不是单一的，而是多层次的；运动场所的不足和运动器材的短缺是影响他们参加阳光体育活动的主要因素。
因此，本文针对阳光体育活动存在的一些弊端提出建议，为更好地开展阳光体育提出理论和实践依据。

摘要：Abstract: The research results manifesting the proportion and frequency, the period of time, the distinct features in gender and age, the different motives and the main factors influencing the participation of the students taking part in athletics, are found in a survey on the present situation of the development of “Sunshine Sports” in the primary and secondary schools in Hechi District, Guangxi Province. This paper proposes some suggestions for approaching the existing pitfalls in the “Sunshine Sports” system, and provides some theoretical and practical basis for developing it.
